Stretching 101 # 4

Stretching does not prevent muscle soreness.

Stretching before or after exercise protect you from muscle soreness. While it's still good to stretch after a workout to increase your balance and flexibility, it won't do much to ease those aching muscles. Try an ice pack instead.

El estiramiento no previene el dolor muscular.

Estirarse antes o después del ejercicio lo protege del dolor muscular. Si bien es bueno estirarse después de un entrenamiento para aumentar el equilibrio y la flexibilidad, no servirá de mucho para aliviar esos músculos adoloridos. Pruebe una bolsa de hielo en su lugar.
